We're looking for people who would be keen to take part in our weekend patrols at Scorching Bay, Club days, and Carnivals.  There is also the opportunity to earn money as an Event Lifeguard or a Regional Guard over the summer months. You don't need to be a competitive whizz to be a Lifeguard.  We provide all the training and a uniform.

To pass the Lifeguard Award, you need to:

• Be at least 14 years old at the date of the exam (31st Oct or Late Nov)

• Complete the training course and sit an exam (which includes a timed pool swim, demonstrating a rescue, a theory exam, and a surf session).
